We Made It!

Wow, what a ride... It took us fifteen hours and I was ready to sleep. It is always so exciting to get ready for a vacation and I still had alot of homework due, so I decided not to sleep. Well that would have been fine, had Lacey, the beagle, decided that she had to be in may lap with her butt in my chest for the first three hours of the trip, while I tried to sleep. When I tried to stay covered up, because I was cold, she would take the cover off of me because she was Hot. For those of you who do not know Lacey this is my "little diva".
Anyway the trip was great! We stop in each state we pass through and I drove through Houston, which I must say was CRAZY! New York, and Georgia you have nothing on Houston.
Once we got to Texas, we were asked for the last five hours of the ride "were we there yet?" This was comical and we were thoroughly entertain by XM radio, Blue Collar Comedy is hilarious!
Anyway, I still have homework to do and phone calls to make. I hope everyone is enjoying themselves. God Bless You and I love you.....Net

Getting ready to hit the road!

I am very excited to go back to San Antonio to visit! This will be the first time since 2006 and I can't wait to get my breakfast tacos and real mexican food. Please don't let me forget all of the great scrapbooking stores I have missed.
Also, I will be making a picture map for my children, because we are learning about Geography!
